Refund policy

Every NostalgicTown product is printed just for you when you place your order. Because each item is made to order, we handle refunds a little differently than a typical store.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind, size, or ordering errors

Because every poster and phone case is custom printed for your specific order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes. Please double check your size and phone model before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch the order before it goes to print.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is confirmed lost in transit, reach out and we will send a replacement.
